Movement explorations are guided by Dominique. She provide opportunities for you to drop deeply into yourself so you can connect, listen and be receptive to your body’s wisdom. Dominique intersects the disciplines of Eastern spiritual practices, Western somatic therapies, and the Expressive Arts in movement explorations that are designed to strengthen your creative core, intuition and vitality. The focus is not a matter of being “perfect” in form or how you look. It’s about creating a healthy line of communication with your body/mind/spirit through the cultivation of movement.

Dominique facilitates movement explorations in immersions, retreats and one-on-one sessions. Drawing from a wide spectrum in the language of the body, she facilitates diverse movement experiences that can invite you to unleash your raw primal nature through expressive dance, or guide you through the subtleties of the nervous system in gentle and restorative practices such as Qigong and Yoga asana and awaken your sensuous, soft, gentle and fierce spirit through Feminine embodiment journeys.

Transformation is possible through change :: change is possible through movement.

DANCE IN DEVOTIOn:

As a world traveler, I enjoy bringing authentic movement to the places I visit as a way to feel connected to the place through my body and drop into the magic of the present moment. Our most honest feelings can be unearthed in the shapes created as the body moves freely. Dance is a way of devotion that can access a pure state of embodied love.

If you love movement, create and share your own Dance in Devotion on social media by tagging your posts:

Three Simple Instructions:

  1. Identify your location.

  2. Visualize an intention before your dance.

  3. After your dance write what was evoked. How did you feel or what did you notice in/about the environment? Are there new insights connected to your experience?

There’s no time limit. You’ll know when your time is complete.

(My dances are usually 3-7 minutes long).

I hope to watch your dance exploration with #danceindevotion

XOXO,
