Thai Yoga Massage Session

Thai Yoga Massage has been practiced for over 2,500 years in India and Thailand, during the time of the Buddha. This ancient healing modality is a practice dedicated to compassion and loving-kindness and is recognized for its amazing health benefits:

  • improves posture

  • tone organs

  • aids digestion

  • stimulates circulation

  • calms of the mind

It combines acupressure, gentle rocking, joint and spine mobilization, and assisted yogic stretches.

Thai Yoga Massage can support you in times of emotional distress and nervous tension—by restoring vitality, enhancing clarity, and lightening your energy body.

Dominique skillfully attunes to your body and breath so you naturally unwind into optimal relaxation and pleasure.

This style of bodywork is practiced on a firm mat on the floor while wearing loose, light clothing.

The use of oils is not needed. Dominique may use custom-made essential oil blends on areas of their body that want extra attention.

The first time I experienced Thai bodywork by Dominique, I called all my friends to tell them I’d just had a transcendental healing experience. She understands anatomy, not just from professional trainings, but as an athlete, dancer and intuitive, which makes her massages both deeply soulful and restorative. Her level of intense presence makes it feel more like a collaboration than a traditional massage. 1001 giant thumbs up!

I receive bodywork not only for the physiological effects, but for the journey I get to take when I am in the hands of a skilled, sensitive, and experienced practitioner. There is a transformation—an integration—which I feel is the true purpose of bodywork. Every time I had a Thai bodywork session with Dominique, to say the very least, I felt like I got to return to my true home. I am a writer and a coach of embodiment in my professional life, and I rely on experiences like the ones Dominique offers as my opportunity to return to the true source of my inspiration, new ideas, and new awakenings...all while restoring, rejuvenating, and replenishing my body.
