RESCHEDULE:
Yes, you can reschedule! Ya just gotta adjust it 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled session.
LATE:
Hey, it sometimes happens! 5 minutes is no problem. Anything 10-15 minutes over will unfortunately not be added to your time because of Dominique's schedule.
CANCELLATION:
As long it's not before the 24-hour window of your appointment, you're fine. You will receive a refund on the card you made the purchase on.
NO-SHOW:
Sorry, no refunds.

REFUND ON PACKAGES & GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Packages are non-refundable 48 hours after your purchase or once the first appointment is redeemed. Must be used within six months of purchase.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be used within the year of purchase.
