In this course with Dominique you’ll learn cutting-edge Thai Yoga Massage sequences using only your feet! Incorporating this method will make a substantial difference to the feel of your practice, which is guaranteed to support the longevity and sensitivity of the bodyworker.
We will cover the general principles and body mechanics of this style of Thai Yoga massage as well as a multitude of effective and creative techniques. This course will offer each practitioner new skill sets that’ll provide the path of dynamic floor based massage. Expect to completely transform the way you approach bodywork.
In this course you will learn how to:
Protect your wrists and shoulders from overuse or injury and last longer as a therapist
Give deep pressure for big or strong clients without straining yourself
Focus on strong grounding for both yourself and your client during a treatment
Work with less 'doing' and effort in your practice
Release subtle energies so that your own system stays clear during and after a treatment
Work with more creativity and full embodiment
Offer a 60-90 minute restorative treatment (supine + prone).
What to know about Using the Feet course:
The two-day training will on Saturday and Sunday, January 30-31st, 2021 from 9-6 pm in Waikoloa. There will be breaks for tea, snacks and lunch. Lunch is not provided, however, participants are encouraged to bring food to share for a group potluck.
With respect to the current global pandemic, there is limited space for attending the course. Participants will need to uphold a clean slate of health at least two weeks before attending the training.

She is a licensed massage therapist, graduate from the Florida School of Massage and Hydrotherapy and instructs CEU certified Thai Yoga massage trainings world wide. She infuses traditional and innovative sequences developed by Native Thai and Western teachers. Dominique travels to Thailand yearly to assist Thai Yoga Massage trainings with her partner Ralf Marzen, founder of Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage in London.
